What is included in the monthly service fee?
Oceana Seniors provides:
- Home-like atmosphere
- Three nutritious home cooked meals daily

- Large private and semi-private rooms
- All areas are handicap accessible

Does Oceana Seniors accept Medicare, Medicaid or other forms of government
assistance?
No. Oceana Seniors is a private pay facility only.

Does Oceana Seniors accept long-term care insurance benefits?
Yes. Private long term care insurance will often assist in covering the monthly
rate, however, please check with your agent about eligibility requirements.

What are the sizes of the residents' rooms?
The residents' fully furnished private bedrooms average 12 feet x 14 feet, with
a private bath adding an additional 80 square feet.

All of Oceana Seniors homes are fully wheelchair accessible.

What is Oceana Seniors' range of care?
Oceana Seniors is licensed as an Expanded Care Adult Residential Care Home -
Type II. This means that we can provide a range of care from assisted living
(some assistance with the requirements of daily living) to nursing care
all within the same home. The expanded care aspect of our licensure allows us to
take care of skilled nursing level residents. However, Oceana Seniors provides
24 hour nursing care to all of our residents.

What is Oceana Seniors' admissions process?
The first step is a personalized tour of one of our homes and if requested on
behalf of the prospective resident, a personal assessment of the prospective
resident to determine his or her eligibility for admission and the applicable
monthly rate. Next, the license agreement would be entered into. Finally, the prospective resident's physician would need to
complete and sign the admission paperwork. The entire admissions process can be
completed in four (4) days.
